True cycle time per station
Measured from the floor, cycle by cycle, not estimated from a standard. Slow drift and micro-stops surface as they happen.
SOP adherence
Every cycle checked against the golden process: steps done, in order, in time. Deviations flagged on existing andon and operator screens, never surveillance of individuals.
Live bottlenecks
Same station, different shifts and lines: see where the gap between best and worst actually is, and target the fix.
Schedule truth
When an operation drifts more than five minutes off plan, due-date risk is flagged in advance: will we hit Friday, answered before Friday.
Security & privacy
On-premise by default. Workers are not the target.
Processing happens at the edge inside your plant. Event streams are encrypted, video never leaves the site, and we store events rather than footage. Sight measures the process: cycles, steps and stations, not individual workers. We state that plainly so HR and union conversations start on the right footing.
