This site is operated by wiseDo Technology Pvt. Ltd. (“wiseDo”, “we”, “us”), based in Noida, India. You can reach us at admin@wisedo.in for anything related to this policy or your data.

When you submit the floor-walk or contact form, your email client sends us the details you choose to share — typically your name, company, role, plant location, number of lines and phone number. We only receive what you send.

We may use privacy-respecting analytics that records aggregate page views and referrers to help us improve the site. It does not build advertising profiles or track individuals.

We use the details you send solely to respond to your inquiry, arrange a floor walk and follow up about wiseDo. We do not sell your data, and we do not add you to a marketing list without your consent.

wiseDo’s product processes camera data on-premise at your plant. That operational data is governed by the agreement we sign with you — not by this website policy. Video footage is always processed on-premises at your facility and never transmitted to wiseDo servers. We store structured event records only — not raw footage.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal details you have shared with us at any time by emailing admin@wisedo.in. We will respond within 30 days.

We may update this policy as our product and operations evolve. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
