About wiseDo
Most factories on Earth already exist. Our job is to make them smarter.
wiseDo started from a simple conviction: real manufacturing impact comes from the plants that are already running — not from waiting for a greenfield rebuild that may never come.
Spend time on a shopfloor and the blind spot is obvious. The MES says one thing; the line is doing another. True cycle times, skipped SOP steps and the real bottlenecks live in people’s heads and paper logs, never in the system of record. We built wiseDo to close that gap — to give the floor an honest, real-time picture of itself.
Why now: edge AI inference costs have fallen significantly over the past three years. A camera that once required a server farm can now run action recognition on-device at low hardware cost. That cost curve is what makes the case viable at Tier-2 and Tier-3 scale.
Why wiseDo, Not Traditional MES?
We were inside traditional MES deployments. We know why they fail.
18-month implementations. $5M+ budgets. Rip-and-replace risk on mission-critical lines. Consultant dependency. Rigid templates that never quite fit your plant.
We built wiseDo as the alternative. Built for plants already running. It layers onto your existing cameras, ERP, and machines — no replacement, no 18-month project, no $2M budget. It deploys in weeks. It scales from one line to a global fleet. It learns from your data. It's yours to own, on your terms.
That's why Tier-2 and Tier-3 plants choose wiseDo over SAP, Parsec, and Wonderware.
Leadership
wiseDo is built by people with hands-on expertise across computer vision, edge systems engineering, industrial operations, and go-to-market in Indian manufacturing.

Anshul Rathore
Founder & CEO
Anshul founded wiseDo to give existing factories a path to becoming smarter and more competitive — without the cost and disruption of a ground-up rebuild.
He led the development of a $1M product line at MathWorks, holds an autonomous-docking patent from his time at Addverb, and speaks regularly on industrial automation in India.
The long-term vision
From a vision layer to the Factory OS.
wiseDo Reason is the start: a vision layer that gives a plant an honest, real-time understanding of its own production. That perception is the foundation everything else is built on.
From there, the same understanding becomes a coordination layer — orchestrating heterogeneous robot fleets (AMRs, AGVs, robotic forklifts and arms) alongside the people on the floor, instead of each system running blind to the others.
The destination is a Factory OS: a single operating layer where humans and machines work from one shared, real-time picture of the floor — every decision traceable, every change operator-approved.
Our principles
Four principles that govern how we build.
Help operators. Don’t replace them.
Manufacturing knowledge lives with the people on the floor. wiseDo’s job is to amplify that knowledge with real-time data and recommendations — under operator control, with a full audit trail.
Data stays at your plant by default.
Production data is some of the most sensitive data a manufacturer owns. wiseDo runs cloud, on-prem or fully air-gapped. Production data never leaves your environment. Cloud deployment is available if you choose it, but the default is fully on-premises with no vendor telemetry.
Built for what you already run.
Most of the world’s manufacturing capacity is already built. Real impact comes from making existing plants smarter, not from waiting for a greenfield rebuild.
Earn trust, don’t fake it.
We won’t put logos on this site we haven’t earned, fabricate testimonials, or quote outcomes we can’t deliver. Three real customer wins beats thirty fake ones, every time.
