How it works
Live OEE intelligence on your existing shopfloor in six weeks. No production downtime.
wiseDo connects to the machines, systems, and workflows you already have — and surfaces OEE losses, scheduling gaps, and compliance evidence without replacing anything. Below is what the engagement actually looks like: the schedule, the architecture, and the questions plant leaders ask before they sign off.
Deployment
What the engagement looks like, week by week.
A typical first-line pilot runs in four to six weeks. Larger rollouts add lines in parallel from there.
- 1Week 0
Site walk & shopfloor map
We spend a day or two on your floor with the operations team. We map your lines, the data each one already produces, the workflows still on paper, and the two or three problems hurting OEE most.
- 2Week 1
Digitise & connect
wiseDo connects to your existing shopfloor and business systems through standard interfaces. Where machines or workflows aren’t digital yet, we add lightweight capture — no production downtime, nothing replaced.
- 3Weeks 1–3
Calibrate against your normal
wiseDo records normal production for one to two weeks across operators, shifts and product mixes. We tune detection thresholds with your line leads so alerts are signal, not noise.
- 4Weeks 3–4
Advisory mode — review before you commit
wiseDo runs in advisory mode for three to seven days. Live OEE and recommended actions appear on dashboards and operator screens. No automatic changes — you see exactly what it would have done before authorising anything.
- 5Weeks 4–6
Go live, line by line
Once thresholds and playbooks are accepted, wiseDo starts closing the loop on the actions you authorise — smarter scheduling, changeover guidance, maintenance flags — with a clean audit trail.

An overlay, not a replacement.
wiseDo sits as a thin intelligence layer between your shopfloor and the business systems that run on top of it. Nothing on the floor gets ripped out.
Connects to the shopfloor and business software you already run, through standard interfaces. Deploys on the cloud, on your own servers, or fully air-gapped for regulated environments.
Works with what you have

Out-of-the-box adapters for the systems running on most plants today. If it produces data or speaks a standard interface, we can read from it and write back to it.
